With over 25 years of experience in the bridal industry and a degree in fashion design and garment construction, I specialise in creating perfectly tailored wedding dresses that make each bride feel confident, comfortable, and the very best version of themselves on their wedding day.
After graduating in my early twenties, I began my career at a couture wedding dress atelier, honing my skills as a pattern cutter, garment technician, tailor and dressmaker. Over the years, I’ve combined technical expertise with a keen eye for fashion and styling, ensuring every dress I work on fits like it was made just for you. My perfectionist nature means no detail is overlooked—and I love every minute of it.
Being a mum to two teenage girls has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of making every bride feel calm and supported. I often find my role extends beyond tailoring—I’m part seamstress, part therapist, guiding each bride through the process with care and attention. My mission is simple: for every bride to leave feeling her absolute best and to make the fitting process as smooth and enjoyable as I possibly can.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about advocating for girls’ and women’s rights, helping young women build confidence, and encouraging them to embrace their individuality. I love exploring vintage fashion, traveling with my family, and walking my whippet. Fun fact: when I got married, I didn’t wear a wedding dress—and that just proves every bride’s story is unique - I will always encourage and support you to do what feels right for you personally.
